Precautions when applying
- After inputting and sending on the screen, the person in charge will inform you of the contract document etc. by e-mail. After confirming the terms and conditions, you will be officially registered as a WorkAloha office tenant.
- The contract is made on a month-to-month basis from the 1st of the month to the end of the month, but please enter the specific scheduled start date. * There is no problem changing the start date.
- After registration (application), the contract is renewed every month in principle, but for long-term use, please enter the last day of the end month in the scheduled end date.
Hawai`i state tax of 4.712% to be added to rentals
