The Hawai`i Academy of Recording Arts (HARA) hosts a new concert series, Hōkū Nights, on the first Friday of every month starting on Friday, November 5th from 8:00 – 9:00 p.m. on KFVE.
Be sure to tune into KFVE and hear from the artists, listen to their music and celebrate Hawai`i’s recording industry.
The artists performing in Hōkū Nights in March and April are as follows.
■ March 4th(Fri) 08:00 pm 〜 09:00 pm (HST)
Napua Greig, Amy Hānaiali`i, Kamaka Kūkona
■ April 1st(Fri) 08:00 pm 〜 09:00 pm (HST)
KANEKOA, Anuhea, John Cruise
“Hōkū Nights was born during COVID-19 because so many of our artists were out of work and needed an outlet to perform,” said HARA president Amy Hānaiali`i Gilliom.
“We wanted to showcase our Hawai`i of Academy Arts members more than just once a year at the Nā Hōkū Hanohano Awards and this is the perfect way for them to stay engaged with Hawai`i’s music lovers.”
